How a Clearer Website Turned Silas Toma’s Social Media Presence Into Inbound Client Inquiries

Silas Toma is a Notion Certified Expert who builds custom workspace systems for solopreneurs and service businesses. He helps clients replace scattered tools and missed follow-ups with a single, connected operating system built around how they actually work.

He was good at what he did. His LinkedIn and social media presence reflected that. But his website was not keeping up.

The Situation Before

Silas had a website. It was functional in the basic sense: it existed, it loaded, it had its information on it. But the design did not match the quality of the work he was delivering. For a consultant whose entire value proposition is bringing clarity and structure to how a business operates, a website that felt disorganised and visually inconsistent was working against him.

His primary online presence was on LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Those were generating awareness. But awareness without a strong landing point leaks. People would find him, visit the site, and leave without a clear reason to reach out.

He knew the site could be doing more. He brought in Chizii Web Studio to rebuild it.

What the Brief Actually Required

The brief was not complicated on the surface: build something better. But “better” in web design is not a design instruction. It is a business outcome instruction.

To build a site that performed rather than just looked good, the work started with understanding what Silas’s clients needed to see before they decided to contact him.

Silas works with solopreneurs and small service businesses who are drowning in scattered tools and have often tried to solve the problem themselves before reaching out to a specialist. They are not buying a product with a fixed spec. They are buying someone’s judgment and their ability to translate a messy business into something organised.

That buyer needs to see three things before they reach out: that Silas understands their problem specifically, that he has solved it for businesses like theirs, and that the process of working with him is clear enough to feel safe.

The site was built around those three requirements.

What Was Built

The final site at silastoma.com is a five-page WordPress build on Elementor with a design system built around Silas’s positioning as a Notion Certified Expert.

The homepage opens with a direct statement of what he does and who it is for: solopreneurs and service businesses that have outgrown scattered tools. No ambiguity. No, trying to appeal to everyone. The hero section tells the right visitor immediately that they are in the right place.

A social proof bar sits early on the page,e showing logos of businesses Silas has worked with. For a consultant selling expertise and judgment, logos from real clients signal legitimacy before the visitor has read a single paragraph.

The process section explains concisely what working with Silas actually involves: centralised operations, automated workflows, and systems built for team adoption. Not features. Outcomes.

Selected case studies appear before the page ends, with real client names and specific results, so a visitor can see what the work looks like in practice before deciding whether to book a call.

The case studies page gives each client engagement its own entry with a category, a summary of the problem, and what was built to solve it. This is the part of the site that does the heaviest conversion work. A visitor who reads one case study that mirrors their own situation is already most of the way to a booked call.

The about page establishes Silas’s certifications and background without reading like a CV. It answers the question every potential client is quietly asking: Is this person actually qualified to touch how my business runs?

The Why Notion page addresses the objection that sits between interest and action for most of Silas’s prospects. Why Notion specifically, and not one of the dozens of other tools they have already tried? Answering that question on its own page removes a friction point that would otherwise come up on a sales call.

The booking integration connects directly to a Cal.com scheduling link so a visitor who is ready to move can book a strategy call without any back and forth. The path from landing on the site to booking a call is uninterrupted.

What Changed After Launch

Two things happened after the site went live that did not happen before.

Inbound inquiries started coming through the website. Previously, Silas’s online presence was entirely social media dependent. Contact required someone to find him on LinkedIn or another platform and initiate a conversation there. The new site added a direct inbound channel: a contact form and a booking link that visitors could use without going through a social platform first.

The quality of those inquiries improved. This is the result that matters most for a service business like Silas’s.

The clients who reach out through the website already understand what he offers and what it costs in terms of time and commitment. They have read the homepage, seen the case studies, and understood the process. By the time they fill out the contact form or book a call, they have already decided they want to work with him. They arrive knowing what they want.

That is what a well-structured website does that a social media profile cannot. A LinkedIn page tells people you exist. A website built around the buyer’s decision process tells them whether you are the right fit before they ever speak to you. The clients who reach out are pre-qualified by the site itself.

For a consultant who delivers high-value, custom work, that difference is significant. Every discovery call that starts with a client who already understands the offer is a call that does not need to spend time on the basics. That time compounds across every client engagement.

What This Project Demonstrates

Silas already had credibility, certifications, and real client results before this project started. The website did not create those things. It made them visible and legible to someone who had never heard of him before.

That is the job a website does for a service business at this stage. It takes what is already true about your work and presents it in a format that a potential client can evaluate on their own time, at their own pace, without any pressure.

The gap between Silas’s actual quality and how that quality was coming across online was the problem. Closing that gap was the result.
